Job entailed performance of regular interoffice deliveries, handling and delivery of supplies for offices, direction and receiving of incoming shipments, and other duties as assigned.Multi-building campus entailed regular operation of a mail delivery vehicle (Ford Transit) to facilitate deliveries between different buildings and sections of the campus, as well as performing regular trips into town to deposit checks and petty cash from the Registrar and Accounting departments to the local bank, along with purchasing stamps from the local Post Office. Job also entailed mail pickup from the area USPS distribution center, returning mail and packages for sorting and processing.

Relayed information to OA Chapter meetings, facilitated communications between Troop and Chapter for events and recruitment. Position officially relinquished to allow experience to other members, maintained connections due to leadership position in OA.
