Responsible for all ICT activities in Poland: production plant in Łyszkowice and commercial company in Warsaw. Providing ICT related support for working 24h/7d production and sales forces around all country.I have reorganized IT Department to be more customer oriented and open for initiatives. I have prepared and organized on Polish side project of implementation of corporate SAP system template in a short period of time (8 months).Big challenge was to arrange and follow migration to the new operating system platform. I managed project of migration to Windows Vista for over 500 PC stations, and to Windows 2008 servers within 6 weeks. In a scope of project was: hardware replacement of all PC’s, migration from Win2000 to Vista, change of mail system from Lotus to Exchange and upgrade Ms Office from 2003 to Ms Office 2008 and on top of that users training for all employees in usage of new tools. Project 100% achieved in time, scope and budget

- Organising and monitoring an outsourced IT helpdesk for BMW Polska. - Implementing a CRM system (Goldmine) for an entire car dealer network. - Implementing ERP systems (Incadea, Navision) for BMW’s car dealer network in Poland. - Implementing car fleet management support tools. - Coordinating the process of developing a local version of the SAP R/3 system in cooperation with the company’s head office. - Responsibility for the IT aspects of global projects. - Managing a project of the telecommunications and IT infrastructure for the regional spare parts distribution centre in Słubice for Germany and Poland - „green field” project (16000 sq m).

Responsible for entire teleinformatic infrastructure in Polish subsidiary:- managing WAN to headquarters in France - market analysis and purchase of the hardware and software - control and maintenance of the telecommunication system- organization and execution of internal IT courses and trainingsI have also coordinated the implementation process of two releases of corporate SAP R/3.
