I spearhead standard costing initiatives for new products in diverse Unilever categories across Europe, including personal care, home care, nutrition, ice cream, and beauty & well-being. This involves implementing purchase price variance analysis to optimize cost efficiency, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.Weekly, I orchestrate SOX reporting for cost variance analysis, conducting root cause analyses (RCAs) with teams for corrective actions. Monthly, I prepare KPI and CPI reports, offering insights into product costing, SLA performance, BOT performance, costing errors, RCAs, key issues, and upcoming projects.I ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions, material movements, and valuation changes.
