I am an ambitious, analytical, and proactive product owner and business developer manager who have been recognized by the leadership team for my ability to drive digital transformation processes across the organization. With a positive attitude, I always challenge the status quo and find new ways of developing the organization and my team members. I am passionate about how companies can utilize new digital opportunities to create business opportunities and to see how our team members grow as they take on more responsibility and develop their skills and capabilities. As a person, I firmly believe that life is about lifelong learning and personal growth both for me and for the people around me.Currently, I am the product owner in a developer team of seven people responsible for developing, implementing, and operating new digital solutions to support our system development e.g., how to develop the electrical infrastructure in Denmark. This includes solving digital business developer tasks, participation in international collaborations as well as the use of advanced machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI) in a cloud based environment. Previously, I have been program leader for our strategic initiative focusing on enhancing the organizations data capabilities but also part of Energinets innovation platform, Open Door Lab, focusing on accomplishing innovative co-creation sprints together with external tech companies like Siemens and Danfoss.
