As a BI Lead I manage the data platform with which we ingest and unlock internal and external resources. We provide information and insights for different user groups on a operational, tactical and strategic level. Next to this I advise and consult the organization on how to act on their information needs. And together with an EMEA project team we are working towards an unified EMEA data platform.

The talent repository enables stakeholders to guide talents in their world of work and fulfills talent needs of clients, by offering a single source of truth of all available profile data within RGN. All this is done through a single API that exposes data gathered from multiple sources and services by all authorized internal teams.We envision that Randstad will offer a talent centric platform where all talents have a seamless experience between all brand related services. This platform will be fully transparent and will have multiperspective rating where possible.
