    In this role, Jennie was accountable for the overall delivery of the Pfizer Workday HR functional solution, an essential part of the overall HR Service Delivery model at Pfizer. As a leader within the Global HR Operations team, Jennie managed a global team with three distinct functions that partnered together internally and across a cross-functional organization to deliver: design and development of global innovative, integrated solutions within the Workday system; maintenance, configuration, and support of the HR Business Processes within the system and all supporting process documentation; end-to-end testing of the Workday solution and supporting Edge solutions throughout both Workday-driven and Pfizer-driven releases and updates. Another key part of this role was as a leader in the HR Governance Forum to make decisions and ensure alignment of current and future design to the overall guiding principles and strategies of Workday and the HR Service Delivery model. Jennie partnered across Pfizer HR, the Business and the external Workday community to influence both short and long term Workday strategies to drive value from the product for the Pfizer organization. Prior to the implementation of Workday in 2017, Jennie held a similar leadership role in HR Operations leading the Global HR Process Management team. Throughout her career at Pfizer, she have been involved in various projects across HR, including acquisition/divestiture activity, system and process design, organizational design, expansion of outsourced HR vendors, technology roadmap and vendor selection, and, most recently, she led the Workday Functional Team through the 18 month deployment of Workday.
