As the leader of Managed Services, Jennie is accountable for setting and driving the strategic direction for GovStrive’s Managed Services capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our Federal HR clients. She oversees the management and mentorship of skilled, high-performing, customer service-oriented teams that provide a full suite of HR services onsite, virtually, or at the Dublin Shared Services Center. These services include Federal Staffing, Retirement and Benefits support, PAR and Personnel Security processing, ER/LR counsel, and a full-service HR Call Center. Her organization develops, implements, and adopts processes and tools to drive efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement in the way they operate and deliver solutions to their clients - fostering a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and trust. Jennie collaborates extensively with senior leaders in client organizations, GovStrive teaming partners and with the management team members within GovStrive.

In this role, Jennie was accountable for the overall delivery of the Pfizer Workday HR functional solution, an essential part of the overall HR Service Delivery model at Pfizer. As a leader within the Global HR Operations team, Jennie managed a global team with three distinct functions that partnered together internally and across a cross-functional organization to deliver: design and development of global innovative, integrated solutions within the Workday system; maintenance, configuration, and support of the HR Business Processes within the system and all supporting process documentation; end-to-end testing of the Workday solution and supporting Edge solutions throughout both Workday-driven and Pfizer-driven releases and updates. Another key part of this role was as a leader in the HR Governance Forum to make decisions and ensure alignment of current and future design to the overall guiding principles and strategies of Workday and the HR Service Delivery model. Jennie partnered across Pfizer HR, the Business and the external Workday community to influence both short and long term Workday strategies to drive value from the product for the Pfizer organization. Prior to the implementation of Workday in 2017, Jennie held a similar leadership role in HR Operations leading the Global HR Process Management team. Throughout her career at Pfizer, she have been involved in various projects across HR, including acquisition/divestiture activity, system and process design, organizational design, expansion of outsourced HR vendors, technology roadmap and vendor selection, and, most recently, she led the Workday Functional Team through the 18 month deployment of Workday.

As a Manager in Deloitte's HR Service Delivery Practice, Jennie managed and led global and regional teams throughout the entire lifecycle of large-scale global HR transformation projects. She has supported various clients as they moved into new global HR Service Delivery Models that included standardized business processes, new or revamped Manager and Employee Self Service HR Portals, and both in-house or out-sourced Shared Services environments. In her experience, she worked extensively in the Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions.

Jennie supported and led teams on various projects that centered around Business Process Re-engineering in the HR and Finance space for large (40K+ clients) clients. Her experience included Department-wide LEAN/Six-Sigma transaction processing initiatives, large-scale transformations of HR and Finance Service Delivery Model into in-house Shared Services environments, and extensive process redesign efforts to automate and streamline internal operations.
