I was project manager for the Centers for Youth and Family (CJG) of the municipality of The Hague. The CJGs are responsible for youth care and youth health care for the youth in The Hague. I was responsible for the second phase of the development of the system "BReGJe, Bron Registratie Gezin en Jeugd". The system is developed with the low code platform Out Systems.

QDelft develops, manages and maintains technically high-quality customized software for information systems, calculation models and expert systems. Jeroen was as project manager responsible for several development and maintenance projects to comply new legal rules in the area of the BIR and Wbp (AVG) laws. Jeroen executed different roles, besides his role as project manager he was also acting as scrum master or as product owner. Which role was dependent on the type of project. For QDelft he also took part on the implementation of the ISO27002 certification on IT Security.

The applications of Telexis mainly focus on the sale and payment of electronic admission tickets (E-ticketing) in public transport. Telexis also develops and supply major technologies that enable check-in and check-out in public transport. Jeroen was responsible for executing of projects and managing a team of 6 employees. As project manager Jeroen was responsible for the pilot introduction of EMV (Europay MasterCard Visa) in the public transportation. The project is implemented in partnership with NS, HTM and Translink. He was also responsible for the completion of an e-ticketing solution in the new tram vehicles of HTM. Scrum is used as a method for the realization of the project.

Senior Project Manager for implementation of TEAMS (highly automated solution in container terminals) at Rotterdam World Gateway. TEAMS is a container handling system and it's interacting with the deep sea cranes, automated guided vehicles and stacking cranes on the terminal. TEAMS is integrated with the terminal operating system of Navis.Responsible for:- Implementation of the container handling system;- Planning and progress;- Risk management;- Contract management;- Stakeholder management;- Communication;- Financial management.
