Generate and manage the update of process guides for workflow operations, data management, and CDRL screening practices. Verify Commercial and Government Entity Codes, validate National Stock Numbers and their associate part number, log new parts on the Allowance Parts Lists, and complete initial entry proposals for parts.

Track, edit, QA, manage, convert, and publish technical documentation from the Engineering Services Division at the Technical Information Management Branch of the United States Coast Guard Surface Forces logistics Center. Provide accurate, prompts, and standardized publications for fleet maintenance by operating on a logistics information management system.

Emergency management: Dispatch calls for service in order to assist Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) in protecting life and property from the threat of criminal activity. Aid in providing resources for enforcing criminal and traffic laws. Assist in promoting crime prevention strategies .
