About Jason Kwan

With over five years of engineering experience, I am a passionate and innovative product engineer who strives to deliver high-quality solutions for current and future vehicles. My field of expertise is noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) and tolerance analysis, which are essential for ensuring the performance, safety, and comfort of the products. I am currently an Engineering Associate at Honda of Canada Mfg., where I work with a diverse and collaborative team to develop and incorporate manufacturability improvements for various models. In my current role, I have been involved in the mass-production readiness for the current generation CR-V, Civic, and the upcoming 11th generation Civic and 2023 CR-V. I have also analyzed and resolved quality concerns regarding fuel, exhaust, subframe and engine mounting systems. To achieve these results, I have used my skills in CATIA, SolidWorks, ABAQUS, and Microsoft Excel, as well as my thorough understanding of GD&T fundamentals and part functionality and assembly methods. I have also created jigs and fixtures to improve assembly ergonomics, quality control, and measurement. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to apply them to enhance the product engineering process.
