As a People Manager, I provide leadership, mentoring, and professional coaching for a team of front-end and back-end developers. In this capacity, during our One on One reviews, I work to improve their sprint performance and, thus, the overall company performance. I do this by assisting my team members create and setting Individual Development Strategies to achieve their professional goals. Additionally, I manage the release of each sprint's updates through Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy on a two-week schedule with the goal of establishing a continuous integration process of having a daily build for the test server. I attend a weekly technology meeting led by the CTO, focusing on the long-term strategy for Architecture, Development and Infrastructure teams. Throughout all this, I continue to work to improve my skills and knowledge in leadership, management, and mentorship to serve my team and company better.
