Oversaw a portion of the Job Order Contract Projects, CSP for any possible upcoming Bid Package work, and the 2008 Bond Package BP 54 that totals an amount around $3.0 million for Dallas ISD consisting of Program Management of O/A/C for two campuses James Bowie ES and Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Magnet Center. As well, handled any Architectural Technical Design Reviews for the teams portion of the program. On top of those duties provided support to Quality improvement / Record retention / & Closeout documentation to better serve the client.

Served As a client representative for Dallas ISD on their $1.3 billion Bond Program with the idea of recognizing the importance of their Technical Design Guidelines, budgets, design schedule, estimates to budget - including - most importantly - value engineering, and all associated work up until the procurement stage of the contract.

Worked for clients such as Dallas Community College District and was Project Designer / Planning / Document Control / & Construction Administration Lead for Cedar Valley College - Industrial Tech Building mainly, but, Also participated in projects for Medical City Dallas and various projects across the continental US, Hawaii, and the UK.

Served as lead Production Manager for Sierra Providence Eastside - El Paso in drawing development for construction with a team of five and coordination with all according disciplines.Also worked on a variety of ED, Heart, ICU, Women's Center's, & Ambulatory Centers in Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia, & Arkansas. All involving Site Discovery, Design, CAD work, & CA. And served as a member of the CAD team for Quality Ideas & Improvements.

A semester long program as a Senior in High School to learn the basics of the field. Included great knowledge from the team on Field Discovery, Current trends in the business, running office operations, and an excellent view to understand what was being pursued in the line of construction.A realization this business was where one would want to be and devote a life.
