- Conducting in-depth analysis of the securities and assets being offered as collateral for the purpose of identifying their suitability for lending against them in line with local credit policy and directives- Ensuring the proper assessment of the quality of assets and liquidity as well as concentration risks associated with assets being offered as collateral- Making credit facility granting decisions or seeking for higher authority if required, ensuring the escalation process for cases which necessitate further investigation- Conducting scenario / sensitivity analyses in order to detect potential risks and shortcomings, enforcing margin calls and liquidations if required- Providing support to any reporting requirements (including internal or regulatory) of the department
