Responsible for all aspects of operations including direct sales management, design and construction delivery, contract review, safety, financial forecasts, recruiting and training. Notable accomplishments include:- 3x revenue growth over last 7 years.- Secured first new Edwards EST strategic partnership in greater LA in a decade.- Designed and implement largest coverage, most reliable, most secure AES mesh radio monitoring network in greater LA. The hybrid IOT / radio network includes redundant failover and advanced security using a dark cloud, auto-PKI and micro-segmentation.- Created national accounts division in 2012, including network of over 180 affiliates, created custom software to efficiently match customer needs with affiliates, dispatch, monitor, and report on all aspects of business. - Recruited high talent individuals to the organization to build a strong team.- Specified, developed, created or implemented new systems to replace every operational system used with exception of finance system. Including CRM, work order dispatch and tracking, inspections and project management to increase efficiency among the team and ensure consistency, quality and communications with customers. Although headquartered in Orange County, California, worked throughout the U.S. to provide solutions to customers in over 46 states.

Responsibility for $20M region including branch offices in Anchorage, AK, Portland, OR and Spokane, WA. Responsible for the fire sprinkler, fire alarm, service and inspections business growth and profitability. Implemented new project tracking system to improve delivery, new purchasing and controls, and other backoffice functions to increase customer satisfaction. Performed an acquisition in Alaksa of fire alarm company and started branch office in Spokane. Dealing with all management duties: P&L, contract reviews, monthly reports, financial forecasts, development of company procedures, overseeing installations, recruitment and training.

 Responsibility for $12M sprinkler department with approximately 70 employees. Responsible for the effective management and development of the sales, design, construction, warehouse and admin staff. Responsible for the delivery of projects within timeframes and budgets including contracts and service, and delivered margins in excess of 30%. Increased profit margins by analyzing where improvements could be made and implementing many process improvements to increase efficiency. Dealing with all management duties: P&L, contract reviews, monthly reports, sales forecasts, account management, implementation of correct company procedures, overseeing installations, recruitment and training.

Responsible for completing various project charters requiring extensive work with HR, legal, IT, payroll and district mechanical departments. Also responsible for mentoring and coaching green belts in the successful completion of their projects.

Responsible for securing sprinkler contracts, maintaining customer relationships, and project managing the projects.
