Designs monthly internal store directives for visual merchandising support for women's sportswear.

As team lead, I provide direct support to our visual team with store merchandising. I am responsible for assisting with stylist pulls for media and events, such as commercials, magazine shoots and tv shows. As part of my daily routine I create product orders, handle inquires and train new staff members. I ensure myself and my team provide a superior level of customer service by providing customers with information on sales and promotions, in-store events and communicate any feedback to management.

As a junior graphic designer I acted as a liaison between the client and the company and discussed and conceptualized individual and business needs. I analyzed creative ways to produce new ideas and developed design briefs within set budgets. I was able to utilize a wide range of media, including photography and computer aided design to produce illustrations and website design. I worked closely with printers, copywriters, photographers, designers, account executives, website designers and marketing specialists on numerous projects and projected schedules and estimated budgets.
