James is the Lead Partner of our Planning Consultancy team which includes business planning, line management, regular executive board updates and development / implementation of our 3 year business plan. James leads numerous client projects and works on planning projects accross the UK on a day to day basis. Our Town Planning Consultancy Team operates across the UK. The team is based within our Regional Offices in Guildford, Thames Valley, London, Crawley and the Solent. The team work on a cross section of freehold and leasehold sites dealing with residential, commercial, health, public sector and mixed use developments. We undertake development feasibilities, project manage complex planning applications and represent clients at appeal. James works with corporate, public sector and private clients. We work in conjunction with our Development Viability, Agency, Rating, Lease Advisory, Building Consultancy, Valuation and Investment teams.
