As Head of IT in Adapt IT I am responsible for our internal systems and their integration, our own Governance, Risk and Compliance program and consulting on customer projects.

I was responsible for Internal IT for CORE Software in Ireland, plus Cultura Technologies' three sites in the UK. My team and managed the internal IT systems and service structures while also providing infrastructure services to CORE's customer base

As Technical Services Manager I have formed and grown the tecnical function within CORE Software. Along with providing all internal support and working with the software teams on project implementations my team now also provides a range of managed services to our clients in the areas of hosting and disaster recovery.

Designed and developed CORE's first online services projects, delivering Self-Service Portals for credit account customers and also consumer focused Online Shopping for multi-channel retail.

Initially worked as a developer during my college work placement and followed on with holiday work. Oracle developer working with Forms and Reports and PL/SQL.
