Raising job numbers and process sales orders from start to finish. Put all new Bills of Materials are entered into Herschel stock system. Coordinate specific delivery requirements on jobs as required. Prepare and take responsibility for annual stock take. Provide month end stock levels to Accounts Department. Cost parts, negotiate supplier discounts and source new competitive suppliers.

This position is a contract position with my main duties including support and administration of the SmartPlant P&ID environment on an FLNG project, including the creation of symbology, maintaining SmartPlant engineering manager, data dictionary and other utilities. I have also been producing both intelligent and standard P&ID's. As well as PFD's/UFD's/etc. using SmartPlant P&ID, SmartSketch and AutoCAD. I am also responsible for the distribution of CAD work between the London and Jakarta offices, as well as working with the engineers to maintain consistency throughout the project.

I have also been the lead designer on projects producing P&ID’s using SPPID and UFD’s/PFD’s using AutoCAD 2008. I am currently working as a member of a small group giving SPPID support to all projects being run from the Leatherhead office. As well as producing P&ID’s using SPPID 2007.

This position was a short-term contract producing flowsheets for a number of varying projects. The main one being a large gas project, which was produced using Microstation SE with SACS (Saudi Aramco CADD Standards). The smaller projects being produced on AutoCAD and Autoflow III.

During my time at Stone & Webster, I worked on a number of projects using Intergraph PDS2D and Microstation SE. Also working on a major project using Rebis (Autoplant/AutoCAD based) to create intelligent flowsheets an Augar as a database tool to produce reports.

Whilst working in this position, I have worked on a number of projects. The majority of which were produced on PDS2D and a small amount of AutoCAD work.

As a Design Draughtsman in the Royal Engineers, I was involved in producing construction drawings from the initial client brief to the completed contract drawings. This was using traditional, reinforced concrete and steel construction. This was using both manual draughting and AutoCAD.
