Since January 2017 I have taken the responsability of managing entire Finance Team in Danone IS Global Business Transformation team as Business Transformation Finance Director located in Danone Group in Paris, France.In charge of all Core IS Application related to Finance domain including Finance specific, Controlling, Treasury and T&E. Leading a team of +50 people from we support the Finance transformation and ambition for all finance functions, working closely and very actively with Finance board stakeholders, supporting from IS/IT perspective business solutions, processes and resources, including definition and implementation of new strategies and standards worldwide.

Since November 2015 I have taken a new challenge in Danone Global Business Transformation team as Global Finance Process Leader located in Danone Group in Paris, France.My responsibility is on all Danone Finance business solutions, processes and resources in Danone Global Business Transformation, including strategy and policies definition, budget management, and leading a team about 16 internal and 30 external people located mainly in Paris and some other locations worldwide, working aligned with global business stakeholders and global strategy, we are responsible for finance information systems and solutions, project execution and delivery and ongoing support focus on controlling, finance and treasury processes worldwide.

As result of my previous position in Danone finally we constituted a new information systems organization distributed among Spain, Italy and Portugal integrating people, organizations, systems, projects, processes, tools, relationships, contracts, etc. in those countries currently serving to the eleven business units of Danone in South Western Europe. In this new organization my responsibility is to manage a team responsible for business solutions supporting the enterprises processes including Finance, Business Intelligence & DSS, Human Resources, Internal Control and Business Processes Management.We are 12 people located in Milano, Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon and Canary Islands working aligned with business stakeholders and together with several partners and are responsible for information systems strategy, ongoing support and project execution for Danone in South Western Europe.

After the completion of the 95% of the planned migrations in Danone Baby & Medical business units worldwide by October 2010 I was requested to leave the project and join into the Danone Information Systems Organization in South Western Europe managing one of the most strategic and sensitive projects in this region.In a nutshell the project consist the completion of an study carriying out the necesary actions and activities looking for the integration of the existing separated IS/IT organizations of DANONE Waters, DANONE Dairy and DANONE Baby & Medical Nutrition, transitioning to a single South West Europe DanIS organization.This project involve change management on people, organization, systems, processes, tools, relationships, contracts, etc. in order to work as a unique organization because this bring all business units significant values and will effectively enable business ambitions through excellent project and support delivery for all CBUs.

After more than six years and a half managing IT and IS in Danone Baby & Medical Nutrition in Spain I have accepted a new challenge to lead one of the most important corporate projects for the worldwide integration of Danone Baby & Medical Nutrition (former Numico) into Danone.During the next eighteen months I will be responsible for the global management of this project consisting in the migration of 12.000 worldwide users, in more than 40 countries, to the Lotus solutions for email, collaboration and communication including deployment of new technologies for email, videoconferencing, presence management, instant messaging, etc.
