Coordination of the formal process of bringing new services to the market according to internal product development criteria. Ensured roadmap alignment and consistency with Business Units and countries, intervening when issues arose.

After the merge of France Telecom Spain (fixed) and Amena (mobile) my role was mainly involved with the development of new services and the Operator’s future fixed-mobile convergent network, as well as the construction of a solid interconnection to enable these future services.

• Within the Operator’s Network Department I contributed to the network covering two main objectives:
• Network and Services Deployment: Understand Marketing’s product’s specifications and propose an effective technnical solution.
• Technological Evolution: Proposal and deployment of new voice services

Involved in the development of Alcatel’s telephone exchanges’, I participated in the fine tuning of the tools that allow the software evolution without loss of performance and the roll-out of a new tool that enables the automatic mass production of the needed data for their software upgrade
