A Change Manager as part of the People & Cultural Change team in the HR function. Role includes designing change initiatives to modernise and transform TfL to meet their long term strategic goals including; cost efficiency, operating models, people org, engagement iniatives, organisational design, cultural changes and processes. Accountable for leading work streams on change projects and programmes while understanding implementation strategies to successfully deliver and embed the change within wider people operations of TfL.

(A social purpose project) - Sprog was a free online marketplace ios application that connects families with events, activities and days out in the local community. Enabling families from all backgrounds to share quality together.

To develop and implement strategic focus areas and initiatives that will deliver our KPIS of making Heathrow a great place to work. Strategic areas covered all colleagues in multiple business groups from frontline operational colleagues to senior leaders of over 4000 people.

I led the continuous improvement operations programme across the airport using creative problem solving and lean improvement tools to drive exceptional performance across Safety, Protection, Customer Service and Efficiency.

Terminal 5

I was responsible for driving security compliance and adherence with CAA regulations / HAL security standards. I worked as part of a specialised team of 4 to analyse compliance data and continuously evolving security threats.

Heathrow

I led multiple teams of Security Officers across Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport and managed security operations. Implemented initiatives within our charities partnership, leadership pathways and mentoring.
