Working with customers and partners to help understand the "art of the possible" with Microsoft 365 and it's security offerings. These cover many domains across Identity and Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Configuration (UEM), Endpoint Protection (EPP/EDR), Data Loss Prevention and Protection (DLP), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), User and Entity Behavioral Analytics (UEBA), Security Information and Event Monitoring (SIEM), infrastructure, and others. Though this role is pre-sales, I also help customers understand what tools they have access to and how to deploy them to fit their use cases through workshops, whiteboarding and architectural design sessions, and aligning with other deployment resources.
