Set maintenance priorities and established maintenance procedures for 10 shops and supported the wing daily flying and back shop maintenance operations. Ensured compliance with federal, DoD, state and local environmental regulations governing safety and hazardous waste.

Responsible for delivering airpower capabilities to combatant commanders by providing repaired, overhauled and manufactured composite parts from the USAF's largest Air Logistics Center. Led 1,000+ civilian mechanics in the largest squadron in the 76 Maintenance Wing performing sheet metal, manufacture and composite inspections for 5 different weapons systems. Directed a $120M annual program that thoroughly inspects, repairs, and modifies 5,000 MISTR (management items subject to repair) for the KC-135, B-52, B-1 and E-3 aircraft fleet. Enabled aircraft production and depot-level repair of over 606 control numbers generating over $144.8M costs of goods sold.

Oklahoma Air Logistic Center, Tinker Afb, Ok

Led 360 civilian mechanics to perform structural, avionics, electrical, aircraft and egress maintenance on the USAF's B-52H fleet. Directed a 390K work-hour program that thoroughly inspects, repairs and modifies the nation's B-52H bomber fleet. Executed a $202M annual aircraft repair budget for programmed depot maintenance and deploys depot field teams to perform extensive B-52H repairs and modifications. Managed production, scheduling, safety and quality programs to maximize the annual production of 17 aircraft within budget target.

Ramstein Ab Germany

Led 55 aircraft structural maintenance, non-destructive inspection (NDI), aircraft metals technology, and survival equipment technicians in performing on- and off-equipment maintenance on 18 C-130E aircraft, operational support airlift aircraft and transient AMC aircraft. Supported T56 engine and C-130 wheel and tire (W&T) centralized intermediate repair facilities (CIRF). Set maintenance priorities and establishes effective, efficient maintenance policies and procedures, and advises maintenance supervision of limiting factors to production. Evaluated production and analysis trending data to facilitate process improvements.

Led 68 technicians operating USAFE;'s only T56 engine and propeller centralized intermediate repair facility (CIRF). Directly supported six major commands and multiple contingency operations at 17 locations throughout CENTCOM and EUCOM. Managed the Air Expeditionary Force mobility requirements of flight personnel and equipment to ensure mission readiness. Ensured strict adherence to technical orders and safety procedures. Supervised the maintenance production and time compliance technical order (TCTO) completions for 400 T56-A-7 and -15 turboprop engines valued at $440M, 400 propellers valued at $238M, and $5.7M in support equipment.
