About Jose L. C. Braga
For over twenty years I have worked in the Financial Market, the last three as Chief Financial Officer of a company in the chemical segment. In addition, previously I worked seventeen years in financial institutions where acquired solid knowledge in Financial Markets and Treasury products. Among them, investment products, loans and especially derivatives. My experience is as head of the finance area, responsible for credit and collections, treasury, relationship with financial institutions, import, risks involved in the business, controlling and others. I also have experience in business management with large companies in order to provide advisory services and development solutions for Treasury of this companies. All this based on knowledge of the companies day-to-day (cash flow, suppliers, customers, balance, exports, imports, investments, controlling / bookkeeping among other routines and needs). I graduated in Engineering from FAAP and post graduated in MBA in Finance from IBMEC, both in São Paulo Area, Brazil. I am certified by ANBID-series 20. I have fluent English and advanced French.
