Incidents management, including supervision of remedial works and liabilities. Working closely with the legal and financial departments. Supervising and evaluating O&M contractor performance and compliance. Reviewing Opex to identify improvements in scope, quality or price of services and supplies. Providing technical support and recommendations to the Client. Supporting, coordinating and reviewing IAC/FAC processes.

Monitoring and performance analysis of PV plants. Technical and financial model assessment. Technical KPI and contractual calculations reporting. Monthly/quarterly issuance. O&M obligations supervision (preventive and corrective). Reporting technical invoicing process. ROC´s and LEC´s submission.

Analysis of Akzo Nobel existing and potential energy efficiency measures and development of a tailored energy management system (programme) with a special focus on raising energy saving awareness within the company culture.

Project organization, logistics and accountancy.
