My career journey includes experience in both resource management and HR operations. I love optimising resources. My previous experience as a Budget Management officer gave me background in budget and headcount planning, aligning resource management policies to the organisation’s strategic direction.My unique education in biomedical sciences and traditional Chinese medicine has equipped me with background knowledge in medicine and anatomy, allowing me to easily strike up conversation with any employee. My internship in the hospitals and experience as Head Manpower provided me with hands-on customer service experience and in depth one-to-one people and team management.
