I served Bromley Council on a contractual five-month basis where I work as part of a team to deliver support with their ongoing implementation of the social care system Liquidlogic. My main responsibility was to programme with Liquidlogic's inbuilt form designer (CFR) to build interlinked workflow forms for business operations ensuring system functionality apon go-live.

Starting steps of my career. I joined this role as a temp shortly after my work experience as 2nd line support which then led to my apprenticeship. In this role I produced vital configuration and implementation of the newly released MDM software Black berry UEM to external staff mobile devices. After implementation I managed training sessions with external users upskilling them with the software. After achieving my apprenticeship, I continued as a permanent member of the IT team where I produced outstanding technical and customer support for hundreds of council users. Managing my time between technical support, telephone support and clearing multiple mailboxes. During this role I supported multiple software implementations including Windows 10, Liquidlogic, ContrOCC, Blackberry UEM and 4ME. This allowed me to develop necessary skills in my career including self-management, project planning, precise data entry and team communication.
