Responsibilities included but were not limited to the following:• Configuring, coordinating and supporting internal and external networks and mobile devices.• Developing and maintaining all systems, applications, security and network configurations.• Troubleshooting network performance issues and the repair of computers and related technology equipment.• Recommending upgrades and new applications.• Providing technical support and guidance to users.• Maintaining server backups and data integrity.

Responsibilities included:• Maintaining Cisco router, managed switches, and other network devices throughout the campus.• Support and assistance (help desk point person) via phone, network, or in person to a diverse staff and clientele with varying levels of computer experience.• Imaging computers and laptops using Symantec Ghost and Altiris Imaging software.• Testing, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of computers and technology equipment.• Maintaining inventory of computers, printers and various electrical and sound equipment.• Maintaining daily and weekly server backups and data integrity.• Troubleshooting network communication and quality of service.
