This role works closely with the Product Ownership team and development teams to define user experience strategy and evolving the platform.Johnny takes pride in the following key responsibilities:• Working with product managers to prioritise and develop solutions within time commitments• Manage release schedules and processes in non-production environments• Resolve support tickets that come through the platform Service Desk• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by defining work processes and wastes or faults• Support in the development, implementation and management of processes that support the quality and consistent delivery of solutions• Create and document training materials for Visory staff• Facilitating scrum ceremonies and events• Complete analysis or ad-hoc work for the business such as market research and/or discovery• Reviewing user experiences and behaviour through platform usage• Exploit and break bottlenecks and create skill as a Traveler (LeSS)
