Lockdown was a tough time.

Teaching Students aged 9-11, classes very in size with 28 – 40. Main goal is Communicationspeaking, listening, reading and grammar. Subjects taught English and Science.

Teaching small groups of Students aged 5 to 52 Years one-to-one/groups and Teaching in School Grade 7, 8 and 9 with 30-38 in a class. Communication speaking and listening for the older group. For the younger students’ Intense focus on Grammar, Phonics and also Communication.

Instructed students in English and Mathematics for 4th Grade curriculum. Provided 30-35 students with an encouraging and enjoyable learning environment In English. Take attendance, evaluate assignments, and preserve a structured learning environment. Monitored student progress and conducted consistent assessments, adjusting lessons to meet individual needs of students. Communicated extensively with parents and regularly scheduled parent-teacher conferences. Maintained a focused and work-oriented learning environment by upholding solid classroom management; children are provided with clear and consistent direction with an emphasis on school rules and guidelines. Collaborated with four teachers to effectively organize a successful Curriculum Fair for the school. Devised and implemented creative and meaningful lesson plans that effectively addressed the diverse learning styles of each child. Utilized positive interaction with students to develop rapport, gain respect and trust to ensure a productive learning environment.

First Line Support. Main function was support on cloud servers, supporting 2000+ clients with day-to-day maintenance, network, printer, mail, and any other server connection issues.

Managing all Fleet Tracking and Recovery install fitments done by Technicians by making sure the Unit is working in full capacity. Pulling GPS vehicle trip replays, vehicle positioning, driver monitoring, reduced total cost per kilometre, security and safety. Working with Clients on a day to day basis that’s requesting specific vehicle details on demand. Creating Databases for each new Client and giving Administrative wrights, also with Creating & Repair Satellite units. Working with CRM on a day to day basis.

Maintaining Servers and Networks, configuring 500+ users on network, Format machines and configure with Microsoft products on a Domain. Configuring and maintaining of Active Directory, installation of networks and fibre (LAN & WAN), “Conlog” software installing and configure vending (Prepaid Electricity sales) Machines. Working with Microsoft Windows XP and 7 on Domain, Working with Microsoft Office 2007/2010 Product, Hardware installations on PC’s, Maintenance and installations of printers, Helpdesk Support. COMPUTER OPERATOR DUTIES: Working with the Financial System (income, expenditure, salary), Salary: Printing Checks, Invoices, Downloading Bank Statements, Meter Readings, Day Post, Easy Pay, Sending SMS’s on trough Exchange Server to entire Potchefstoom Electricity Users, Cut-offs, Exporting P-Vouchers (salary slips), Levy & month end (expenditure), Vending Stats of Internal & External use, Bank Payments (ABSA).
