CurrentI am a remote freelance architectural designer, drafter, and consultant, with the ability to work efficiently with designers, architects, millworkers and contractors to complete the CD phases of projects. EXPERTISE:● Classical, traditional and contemporary style high-end residential sector of the architectural field● Gut renovation projects with new space planning, and interior architecture involving fully custom details in millwork, bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, staircases and more● Providing and managing all drawings during DD and/or CD phases of projects, small or large● Correspondence with numerous designers, consultants and vendors as needed● Report issues that arise and provide options for review● Review and approve shop drawings and other technical detailsOTHER AREAS OF INTERESTS● To continue working on modern and contemporary ground-up residentials● Open to continuing international projects
