Hello! I'm Lee. A human-centered, design leader and coach with a product design, brand marketing & and development/animation background – both agency and in-house teams with experience leading in-office, hybrid, and fully remote team members. I work well in a goal-driven environment (or I will help create that framework!) and keep teams focused, happy, and growing with meaningful goals. I love communicating and building trust with people so we can do impactful work together. I love refining and scaling processes that make people love their work even more. Whether it’s strategy keeping a launch on track, helping create a shared vision that aligns the team and maps to quarterly goals, or just digging in and understanding what pain points people are having and how we can solve them together, my main goal is to have a growing, well-organized team members and clients that love to come to work every day.
