As a Recruitment Manager, Jamie manages the sales pipelines of accounts, develops a business plan covering sales and recruitment, revenue, and expense controls, meets agreed targets, and promotes the organization's presence throughout the assigned region.She is responsible for:- Developing the US Northeast region accounts and the associated tasks as they relate to customer satisfaction- Managing the sales and recruiting administration function and operational performance reporting- Streamlining recruitment processes and systems- Advising senior management on how to maximize business relationships, and helping to create an environment where customer service flourishes- Providing ongoing training and recruitment services for Noble1 partners so they possess the technical knowledge to present the company’s services accurately and comprehensibly- Obtaining profitable results through the recruitment sales team by developing the IT contractor team’s motivation, counseling skills, and product knowledge

Duties included:-Selling digital advertising packages, across a variety of brand extensions and tailor creative packages to suit the needs of individual clients-Managing the sponsorship sales process of individual events and webcasts by liaising with both clients and colleagues such as publishers, event producers, coordinators, marketing managers, etc.-Continuously building relationships with and service contacts within your sector of the industry through meetings, telephone conversations and social functions-Selling over the telephone and at face-to-face client meetings
