I am a partner in the International Dispute Resolution Group of Squire Patton Boggs. My practice focuses on investment arbitration, commercial arbitration and international oil transactions. I have acted as counsel for Central Asian, Latin American, African states, state-owned entities and private sector companies in ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC and SCC arbitrations, in the energy, mining, agricultural, pharmaceutical, information technology, sanitation & flood protection, and construction sectors, with amounts at stake ranging from USD 20 million to USD 30 billion. I have also advised clients in the negotiation and performance of their petroleum contracts, the annulment of arbitral awards as well as in the structuration and protection of their foreign investments.Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, I practiced for more than 15 years at leading international arbitration law firms in Paris, New York and Buenos Aires. I hold an LL.M. degree from Northwestern University School of Law, a Master II degree in International Business Law from Paris V René Descartes University and a Master I degree in Private Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. I am a member of the Paris and New York bars. I am fluent in French, English and Spanish. I am ranked as a Future Leader in Who's Who Legal: Arbitration since 2021.
