Enterprise Risk Management - Program Manager
CurrentDuring my role as Enterprise Risk Management Program Manager, I develop, manage, and define vision, mission, and future direction overall aspects of PSEG Long Island's ERM program. It is also my main responsibility to identify, mitigate, and monitor company risks by developing ERM program standards. In this role I also develop and foster relationships with risk owners throughout company. I create comprehensive reports on mitigation strategies and present to higher management for informed decision making. I also analyze ERM program, identify areas of improvements, and implement continuous improvement processes. I improve skills of risk managers and new hires regarding ERM program through quality training.My Key Contributions for this role:• Created portfolio of hundreds of risk managed throughout 30 departments as well as developed a list of top risks and reported to higher management of PSEG Long Island for informed decision making.• Fostered risk culture of company and built productive partnerships between senior management and middle managers aimed at streamlining organizational operations and achieving designated business targets.
