For 15 years, I drove the company to become the N°1 e-commerce beer business in Europe, ensuring vision and engagement to the team to overachieve targets year after year.From 2007 to 2016- Launch and scale of the Saveur-Biere.com business in France and Europe. - From 0 to 5000 products online about beers (bottles, machines, kegs, glasses, gifting, home brewing)- From 0 to 500 orders / day.- From 0 to 4000m2 warehouse.- From 0 to 40 people.- From 0 to 5M$ NR & 0,5M EBITDA (90% B2C and 10% B2B)- Raised 1 Million of seed captial in 2 rounds (2009 & 2012).- Acquisition of BieresDuMonde.fr to increase our range with homebrewing products.- Launch of the Multi Beer brand: the Nespresso of beer. Redesigned and imported from China to serve the whole range of kegs of the market without compromise.- Launch of the monthly beer subscription model.- Launch of the first beer advent calendar in the market, the Beery Christmas with 24 unique beers specially brewed for the project and our clients. 2016: acquisition by AB-InBev, World's largest brewer. From 2016 to 2022- Scale up of the business within AB-InBev with the brands Saveur Bière in France and HOPT for Europe.- High focus on Perfectdraft machines and kegs.- Acquisition of N°2 online keg seller Biere-Discount.fr to reinforce our position in the market.- In 2020, we sold over 100 000 advent calendars, through 7 different versions for B2B and B2C.- Semi-automatized warehouse.- Fully tailored platform including e-commerce, WMS and ERP features.Board Member E-commerce Europe.- Contributed to the emergence of a global eCommerce entity comprising Saveur Bière (FR & EU), Beer Hawk (UK) and PerfectDraftFinal results: N°1 e-commerce beer business in Europe, 200 people, NR 50M€, 7 warehouses in France, 8 countries deployed.Very strong team engagement: from 76 in 2016 to 96/100 in 2021 and adhesion to the brand values.
