Manage and operate VMWare Vsphere version 5.5 infrastructure and associated Virtual Servers. This includes deploying and managing iso images and templates to build virtual servers and workstations when required. Duties include patching building and maintaining server and workstation infrastructure for AT&T Labs. I also perform Domain level support for AT&T Mobility Labs workstations for phone testing, VOIP and Server Security and AT&T ASPR Compliance within the AT&T Redmond Mobility Lab. My Security Analyst role includes moving all devices in ASPR Compliance (AT&T Security Policy and Requirements). Building on ur Office 365 success we migrated all existing Live@EDU users to the Office 365 platform. These are educational institutions worldwide that use the Live@EDU environment. Working with Program Managers and Feature Crews we provide support to the migration of user accounts, data and Exchange mailboxes. In addition, I provide Operations Support to the Migration Server Infrastructure in Test, Beta and Production. Installing Security Patches, updates to scheduled SQL jobs, web server certificate renewals and specific support projects as required to support the infrastructure. Other duties performed include configuration updates to the migration engines, server vulnerability staticts, responding to addressing SCOM alerts that monitor various areas of performance and system reliability.
