I started as a regional business developer and consultant specializing in selection and development solutions and training. After building a $1 million-plus individual practice, I led a multi-million dollar national sales team, and led our TalentSelection practice. During my tenure, I led the development and expansion of business and the delivery of solutions with some great organizations including Intel, Wal-Mart, AOL, PNC Bank, the IRS, InfoSys, Royal Bank of Canada, Canadian Tire, Cerner Corp., People's Bank, and RR Donnelley & Sons.In 1998, I joined a company of about 20 people called Behavioral Technology that was part of a roll-up through which Novations Group eventually emerged as a publicly-traded company. Much of what I know about how to deliver high-value human performance solutions stems from my 6-year education with some of the smartest, most dedicated people I've ever known.

Played a more strategic client development and service role (per Director position) and led our Talent Selection practice and our Eastern sales team. During my tenure, we rebranded our selection program and grew our revenues in that business segment to their highest levels to that point.

Created value for clients by helping them develop processes and skills to better select, develop, assess, and retain their people.

For 15 months, I led the then Bell Atlantic's university (undergraduate and graduate) and lateral recruitment programs for it's 7,000 person software and network services group. Primarily staffing the ExpressTrak project - a $500 million effort to totally overhaul the telecom's billing process, my efforts contributed to our ability to hire more, better credentialed people than ever before despite being a dinosaur in terms of wooing technical folks in the era of options and other perks. You're welcome to ask me how I managed this...it really wasn't that hard, but I love to talk about it!

Managed all aspects of graduate IS programs including program launch and operation at four campus locations with total revenues of $6.1 million. Co-developed unique, executive masters program in IS, requiring a separate admissions process, selection of faculty, targeted marketing campaign, and alumni group development and management. This program alone was responsible for $1 million of "surplus revenue" for the not-for-profit university. All programs operated at a surplus level Led Dean's task force to enhance program enrollment and viability of all graduate programs in the School of Business and Public Management. Task-force recommendations resulted in improved performance across all 18 graduate programs Managed group decision support center, generating additional revenue for SBPM through collection of approximately $200,000/year in fees for its use
