Maintained sales in the middle of the world’s financial crisis in 2012-13 with half of the commercial team.Increased profit on an Italian air import job by over 500%. The initial profit was projected to be $15K, but I worked with logistics partners in Italy and the client in Lima to coordinate multiple carriers and delivery dates, increasing profit to $100K.

Increased billings by 30% by expanding product offerings to existing clients.

Launched new line of latex paint. Developed product, designed packaging, set price, and hired sales team.

Launched the Materials Bank Debit Card. For the first time ever, the Materials Bank, a government credit facilitator, issued credits in a debit card form to control where and when the credits were spent. The public of these credits is so poor that most of them have never had a bank account and even less used a debit card or an ATM. The biggest challenge, besides designing the product, was teaching the public how to use a debit card.Designed and launched one of the most successful campaigns ever on credit increase. Increased credit in 20% compared to the 5% average increase.
