Facilitates and administers recruitment activities for the Department. Coordinates activities in support of the development and implementation of the Department’s recruiting plans and strategies. Travels within and outside of the state of Texas for recruiting events and fairs including virtual attendance when required. Posts hard-to-fill positions on social media and other advertisement platforms while working directly with HRD Generalists/DD/DE’s to determine additional needs. Manages all activities involved in the current Conditional Grant Program.
