Responsible to lead and coordinate all the inputs and drivers shared by participant cross-functional areas (Sales, Trade MKT, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Supply Planning) to align a realistic and feasible Consensus forecast for Mexico BU, that assure the required profitability but also that accomplishes the business strategy. This Consensus Plan should be build through the company’s own Integrated Business Planning process, in order to validate the achievement of financials and operative objectives committed with HQs, and (if necessary) generate mitigation actions required to fill the gaps vs those objectives.

Responsible to coordinate and manage the Demand Planning area for Ferrero Mexico and Central America, also responsible of the coordination and execution of the S&OP process in conjunction with the different involved areas, in order to generate a sales plan in consensus that is aligned with the expectations and business objectives.

Coordination and execution of the Global Planning process for Supply and Demand in Mexico. Generation of the demand baseline for the region, through statistical proposals aligned with the commercial areas. Understanding and projection in volume for "PFME" Activities, through Building Blocks. Assurance of the supply for the total portfolio of the brand, through the weekly replenishment process. Inventory distribution and replenishment for all the region boutiques. Establishment and update of stock policies, through "Safety Stock" and/or "Target Days of Supply". Monitoring the import process of all brand products (Europe), as well as intercountry transfers (USA and Canada). Generation of a Learning Log, for the documentation of variations and relevant events in the demand. KPI's monitoring: Sales Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate/OTIF by boutique and Freshness.

Supply Planning Coordination of the Femenine Care category. Review and analysis of net production requirements. Calculate and update off the stock and its coverage policies by product. Alignment with Production for the building of the monthly operating plan for each line. Review and confirm capacities/availability to determine possible gaps against unrestrained demand, according to the S&OP process.Executing and monitoring of the re-stock process for imported products (USA, Canada, Europe and Asia). Monitoring of backorders and Service Level, as well as the Working Capital for all categories.

Responsible of the quality assurance and consistency of the global forecast.Follow up of área KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, BIAS and Dispersion. ABC classification of products according to importance for the business and volume of sales. Maintenance of inventory levels and days of coverage. Follow-up on the restocking of imported product inventories.

Review and analysis of the behavior of the Demand. Construction of the baseline for the global sales forecast aligned to the S&OP process. Calculation, follow up and root-cause analysis of the Forecast Error and Bias.

Analysis, monitoring and control of the information work plan. Management of risks and incidents derived from the projects. Management of budget control and management of the different controls of changes in the scope and time of the different projects.

Analysis and Projection of the company's Forecast within the planning objectives. Sales planning and coordination through Demand Management information. Monitoring of changes in demand, as well as product availability. Preparation and creation of sales reports and key performance indicators. Establishment and maintenance of forecasting and communication tools for continuous improvement.

Verification of all legal documentation required in the presentation of patent applications. Analysis and control of the administrative process for the preparation of patent applications. Reengineering of the Patent Administrative Management process in order to optimize actual resources.

Responsible to the load for Recipes and Bills of Materials into the ERP. Generation and Analysis of KPI's Reports of the Production Management. Follow up to the Throughput Time of the active substances of local production drugs.

Planning and Analysis of Production Times, as well as the resources to be used by the production process. Times and Movements monitoring for Injectable Products.
