Independent Contractor acting as Assistant Project Manager. Assisted in the coordination of a major leasing effort. Actively oversaw 1 curative and 5 due diligence projects. Responsibility required knowledge and the ability to perform all areas of mineral rights leasing and included assigning landman contacts, tracking parcel status, coordinating abstracts, understanding complex HBP title, and client relations.

Prepared leases for two projects, reviewed title, managed the organization of a complex filing system, analyzed HBP determinations, researched well data on ODNR, ran 100+ year mineral and surface title, assisted with several due diligence projects.

Assisted in the coordination of a major leasing effort (which acquired over 12,500 acres of leases in a single county), including regularly interfacing with the client on sensitive issues. Reviewed complex HBP title, verified ODNR well information and assisted in the preparation of HBP maps for leasing areas. Assigned contacts for over 15 lease buyers.
