Renewable Energy Division, Renewable Energy Office, Renewable Portfolio Standard Unit.• Lead a project to rescue the Renewables Portfolio Standard (RPS) program’s existing facility certification and utility compliance database.• Lead a project with contractors to develop a feasibility study report for a new RPS database. Presented this study to the Commission, who approved it unanimously.• Developed California Energy Commission (CEC) regulations verification methods for generation from biomethane resources.• Developed a document detailing the complete RPS verification and compliance process and methods of analysis. This was a complex effort that h never been attempted before and required three months of interviews with CEC staff. This document is now used to train new staff.• Worked extensively with electricity utilities and generators on diverse issues regarding regulations and compliance.• Developed all RPS forms. This was a massive undertaking that involved working with stakeholders of all levels and testing on multiple versions of Office, Windows, MacOS, and with different suites of anti-virus software.• Reviewed technical documents, developed implementation of requirements, and developed measurement methods for multiple complex renewable generation facilities that used a mixture of energy resources.• Conducted data analysis and wrote reports for the 2008-2010 and 2011-2013 RPS compliance periods.

Analyzed financial data and prepared progress and financial reports for research projects at 15 different academic research facilities across the United States.Prepared presentations and materials for conferences, as well as some IT work and website design.
