Beyond my immediate team, I work with customers across the business to design and deliver holistic solutions that bridge their diverse technical and operational requirements. Having come from the operational lens of HR early in my career, I have been successful in driving high quality solutions through my deep knowledge and empathy of the space.At Riot, operational change has been a constant. Within the past 4 years, the team transitioned our company from Oracle Fusion to Workday with a suite of modules - including Core HR, Compensation, Learning, Performance, and Time/Attendance. This transition includes the core configuration, business processes, system security, reports, dashboards, and notifications. I have contributed to the quantum leap of building a GDPR compliant data ecosystem and designed and supported over 30 integrations for payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and our internal enterprise service bus/API's that fuel mission critical applications. It's been a long road, but incredibly rewarding to see the transformation that Riot has undertaken.Now that Riot has adopted and stabilized on a Workday-centric infrastructure, my current projects revolve around future operational/system transformations for Riot's global workforce and how to effectively support its growing set of IP's .
