• Drive the implementation of PMO processes within the business.• Deliver projects within budget and on schedule, while adhering to strict quality and regulatory standards.• Provide expertise in strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring efficient project execution and effective utilization of resources.• Specialised use of advanced PMO tools, such as Primavera and Oracle, to optimise project schedules and enhance project outcomes.• Maintain the established structure for sub-contract management ensuring points of contact are established, reporting requirements understood and milestones are identified and linked in the schedule.• Ensure reliable & timely capture of project actuals using the TAS reporting processes for time and cost, produce financial data (VAR/Trends/Analysis/EV) for the full project hierarchy and report at regular project reviews.• Support the PM in the management of risks and opportunities, lessons learned and revenue forecasting.• Identification of Cost of Non Quality/Project Efficiency.• Provide performance and variance metrics to the Project and Work Package Managers.• Manage stakeholder relationships with both internal and external suppliers and customers to foster productive working relationships to enable seamless coordination to meet project objectives and deliverables.

•Assist in the maintenance of Project Controls structures for assigned CAM areas whilst developing and maintaining schedules, forecasts and budgets.•Maintain the established structure for sub-contract management ensuring points of contact are established, reporting requirements understood and milestones are identified and linked in the schedule.•Ensure data integrity of all project information including financials and schedule. Use the Oracle and Primavera toolset to hold all financial, schedule and resource information.•Ensure reliable & timely capture of project actuals using the Thales reporting processes for time and cost, produce financial data (VAR/Trends/Analysis/EV) for the full project hierarchy and report at regular CAM reviews.•Support the CAM in the management of Risks and Opportunities, chair and provide data for regular risk reviews and embody risk draw down funding into the schedules.•Support the Change Managers in the management of project change, attend change reviews as and when required, provide cost and schedule data for input into the ECR/ECN process and embody change funding/allocation/re-allocation.•Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Engineering and PMO to ensure accurate and transparent reporting of cost and schedule performance and interface directly with stakeholders both within Thales and other ACA companies (including BAE Systems, Babcock, MoD and The RN.)

•Influence the evolving QEC ship design to ensure that it can be supported and maintained in-service in an optimised manner and then ensure that relevant design features have been translated into a pragmatic and effective reality during build.•Determine the maintenance needs, resources and activities that will be required to sustain the delivered Platform capabilities throughout the 50 year life of the ship.•Contribute to the design and delivery of effective maintenance routines, systems and materials (including spares ranging, technical publications and training).

Assist with open days and complete tasks/projects assigned by members of staff, such as creating videos, organising events, ensuring facilities are suitable for use etc.
