I also worked with managers to provide training for their teams on topics like teamwork, feedback, and change.I built and continually delivered intensive, multi-month programs related to emerging leaders, business writing, and presentation skills. I worked with the T&OD team in our corporate offices to offer additional training opportunities both locally and enterprise-wide.Related to developing and delivering training, I mentored subject matter experts (SMEs) who deliver training to their teams with a goal to ensure consistent, effective training opportunities for all staff. Applying adult learning principles and measuring business results allows the SME to support their team's goals and objectives.Like my past roles, I developed the role to fit the needs of the business. Along with training and mentoring, I provided the tools and resources to help leaders create effective onboarding plans, memorable engagement activities, and education opportunities. I was well-versed in DISC styles and Trimetrix assessments, both for individual career development and team growth.
