I am a partner in the Rochester, New York law firm Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP. Woods Oviatt is a member of Meritas Law Firms World Wide. Prior to joining Woods Oviatt I was a partner at Shapiro, Rosenbaum, Liebschutz & Nelson, LLP where my practice areas included commercial and residential real estate, commercial/business transactions, commercial and business litigation and estate planning and administration. With the assistance of the Woods Oviatt Trust and Estate Department, I continue to do estate and personal planning for clients as well as elder law and health care planning.
