Part of an outreach team supporting people with mental health problems, ex - offenders, homeless people, care leavers and young parents, drug -and alcohol addicted people and other vulnerable people to lead independent lives. I supported people to get back into work and/or education, deal with their finances, focus on their health and well-being, and to be independent, as well as be empowered to affect change in their own lives. I also helped people get appropriate housing and linked them with necessary services such as psychologists, social services and legal aid. I sincerely loved my job but I have decided to start my own business as a Life Coach, which will allow me to use my abilities to the fullest while being able to work on my own terms. I have since studied to be a practising Life Coach, and I have completed the early stages of becoming a Reiki practitioner and Yoga teacher. In addition to this I have both a degree in Psychology with specialisation in Psychological Counselling, and a Level 3 Health Trainer Practitioner qualification.
