- Led and involved in building most of Morningstar mobile applications. - Architected and implemented Morningstar’s first Newsstand App, including an iOS native app, CMS, web service, web application, and application database. - Developed and managed 30+ web applications, services, productions, and tools. - Managed technical team in Chicago, and offshore teams in China and India.

A small company but had lots of projects. I took pretty much all sorts of technical and non-technical roles - Analyst, CTO, architect, manager, technical support, and developer :-) - Led a small team and built up a bunch of systems, for example, General Glossary System, Hospital Information System, Farm Account System, GIS, etc.Tools: Powerbuilder, Sqlserver, VB, etc.

There just had so many memories there. - Named as the Father of Infosoft Archive Management System, the best honor I have ever had. - Took me a year stepping from developer, lead, to manager within a year. Many many thanks to those who had had educated and supported me!- Build up from zero a full functioning development department with over 15 engineers. - Led system designs and implementations of Archive Management System, a platform system that has the abilities to build up instance system at run-time - data structures, inputs, outputs, queries, and access controls can all be defined and managed at run-time.
