I have an interest in the intersection of leading SaaS webstore technologies (especially Shift4Shop, Volusion, Magento, and BigCommerce), back-end order management systems, warehouse management technologies, carrier negotiation/selection, service platforms, pricing and positioning strategies, and online marketing.
