Since pursuing a career on the industry of IT back in 2007, Andrew has been to many different roles within the industry leaving him with the experience to deal with a broad range of clients. After completing his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Andrew started first as Technical Support on one of Apple’s largest retail company in the Philippines.Taking up his first certification in IT a year after he started working on his chosen path, Andrew continues on improving his skills and gaining knowledge by working as a Technical Support in one of the largest Apple Premium Reseller in the country. He has acquired hands on knowledge and experience thru countless interaction and exposure to the different kinds of clients ranging from consumer level to professional level.To better equip himself with the proper tools of the trade, Andrew acquired his first Apple Certified Trainer status in 2009 making him one of the very few Apple Certified Trainers for IT in the Philippines. To date, he has conducted countless certification trainings and proctored certification exams for those who seek the recognition of being an Apple certified.
